Our business started as Rupert Johnson Electrical Solutions working as a sole trader in and around Hove with many happy clients all over Sussex. Then in 2023, Geni came on board, we grew the team and Bright Shore Electrical and Solar was born!
We are passionate about delivering the renewable energy solutions of the future as well as providing great service to our clients today. From small electrical jobs to large solar installations, our clients will experience our values of integrity, communication and high quality work.

Meet the team:
Rupert Johnson
Rupert Johnson is a fully qualified electrician with over a decade of experience. He is qualified for all domestic and commercial electrical work and testing (Level 3), as well as installing Electric Vehicle chargers and solar panels. He is NICEIC registered. He is an approved installer for Google Nest, Lightwave and Givenergy products.
Jon Mannouch
Jon Mannouch is a fourth-year apprentice who will soon be a Level 3 qualified electrician.
Geni Johnson
Geni Johnson is an experienced leader and project manager – before she and Rupert grew Bright Shore she was the Chief Operating Officer of a local charity.
